B vitamins are involved in many essential biochemical processes, including production of energy and maintenance of healthy skin, hair, eyes, liver, muscle tone, and cardiovascular and gastrointestinal function. Not all B vitamin supplements are equal – depending on the "form" of the B vitamins, they may be easily absorbed by the body or (unfortunately) pass through the digestive tract largely unused.

Ojas B-Complex provides a complete combination of essential B vitamins in flush-free and/or activated forms, making them ideally bioavailable for the body to utilize.

Ingredient Highlights

Vitamin B2 and Vitamin B6

  • Ojas B-Complex contains the activated enzyme forms of these vitamins, which is the preferred form for bioavailability and absorption

Vitamin B12/Methylcobalamin

  • Symptoms of B12 deficiency include fatigue, nerve issues, digestion issues, and depression
  • Most B12 supplements come in the cyanocobalamin form, which is synthetic (not found in nature but cheaper to produce). Ojas B-Complex uses the methylcobalamin form, which is naturally occurring and more easily absorbed by the body

L-Methylfolate

  • Folate deficiency can cause low blood cell count and anemia
  • Ojas B-Complex contains the activated enzyme form for superior bioavailability and absorption
